Stay Hydrated

Getting enough water each day is important not only for your longevity and weight management but also for how young you look. When you’re dehydrated your skin takes a toll and will start to look dried out and not as supple.

To find out how much water you should drink each day take your current weight, divide it in half and drink that many ounces of water every day.
