You don’t need prescription drugs to look your best, these all natural solutions will make it so your skin, hair, and overall appearance are always at their best.

Get Deep, Restful Sleep

Sleep is the number one factor when it comes to how we look from top to bottom. It is also responsible for recharging us so we have that pep in our step that gives us that X factor that says we are alive and ready for more.

It’s not just the amount of sleep you get, but also the quality. Make sure you are getting deep, restful sleep for 7 to 9 hours if you’re an adult. Sleep in a dark room that’s very quiet or that has some white noise playing in the background as you drift off to sleep.

Develop a Skin Care Routine

Our skin is a giveaway for how we are aging, and it is a good idea to treat it as best as you can. If you don’t already have a skin care routine set up, you’ll want to establish one.

Your routine should include plenty of moisturizer as well as attending to any problem areas as determined by you. Spend plenty of time on your face because that’s where people will look most often and make an evaluation of how young you look. Under the eyes is also a great place to treat, because all too often they get puffy and dark.

Lift Weights

If you want to look and feel younger you should be lifting weights. You don’t have to be a bodybuilder in order to see great results and feel stronger, and you don’t even have to lift heavy weights. Just use light weights and increase the repetitions until you can feel your muscles start to work.

You can lift weights to help problem areas like flabby arms , or use it to help you feel firm all over your body. Alternate your weight lifting with cardio routines and you’ll be getting the best of both worlds, fat burning and lean muscle building will keep you looking younger and younger.

Stay Hydrated

Getting enough water each day is important not only for your longevity and weight management but also for how young you look. When you’re dehydrated your skin takes a toll and will start to look dried out and not as supple.

To find out how much water you should drink each day take your current weight, divide it in half and drink that many ounces of water every day.

Give these tips time to set in, as it can take a few weeks to see real changes. Giving up too soon is the biggest roadblock to anti-aging success. Try to make it a habit by applying these for 30 days in a row before deciding if they’re working or not.
